Celebrando El Cibao is a diversity and leadership camp for the youth of the Dominican Republic. It is a 3 day, 2 night conference completely led by Peace Corps volunteers with lectures, panel discussions, learning activities, and games. Youth here don't really get the opportunity to travel and get to know people from other parts of the country, so this is a great opportunity for them to see a different region, meet people their age, and learn about important topics. Because the conference is entirely led and organized by Peace Corps volunteers, we need to raise funds to cover all of the expenses.
